Please keep the goods in question as in most cases we will require evidence of the damage.
You must contact us as soon as a problem is identified with your order.
We will initially attempt to remedy the situation if possible, otherwise investigate the complaint.
Any orders that are returned, and accepted as being incorrect or faulty, will be refunded in full.
The refund can only be made by the original payment method, to the card used at the point of purchase.
