Cava is the Spanish sparkling wine made in the North Western area of the country. It’s made by the same method as Champagne, but with different grapes and climate. You get all the yeasty, biscuit aromas and flavours associated with Champagne. This wine is a stunning example of a lighter style Cava with only 11% alcohol and a very attractive wine label. It is a perfect aperitif and a superb gift idea.
